Was Formally named CONCRETE INVESTIGATIONS" wich was establish in 1995 and owned by the same owner of TWT; Mr. Darryl Brooks: who has been working in the Legal field since the early part 1989; Mr. Brooks career list a host of experiance and edcuation, Once a Security Sergeant with the Pinkerton Security & Investigation Services; An Investigator / Paralegal with the Missouri State Public Defenders System; An Investigator several private investigative firms in St. Louis Mo, and Atlanta Ga, Certified License Process Server with the 22nd Circuit Court St. Louis City Sheriff Department; Atlanta Georgia State and Superior Court Certified Appointed Process Server.

Mr. Brooks holds a 4.0 Investigative Science Degree from the U.S. Academy of Private Investigations Management Program out of the state of California a Division of Probe Inc.

Mr. Brooks is also a Graduate of the Rochville Univesity in Cheyenne Wyoming, with a Master Degree in Legal Science.
